Double Dare

Double Dare is a Game Show for kids and families hosted by Marc Summers. In July of 1986 the game and show only existed in the minds of a few people at Nickelodeon with only a logo, a run through video and a model of the stage set on a table in Geoffrey Darby’s office.

In an effort avoid blank stares when I said “…Gameshow for Kids for Nickelodeon” from prospective camera, stage personal, technicians, writers…etc, I put together these photos…sort of an MVP or “Minimum Viable Product” by today’s standards.
